Do you take appointments and walk-ins?

Appointments are always appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome!
Do you have a waiting area?

Absolutely! We have a large waiting area with heating/AC and complimentary drinks and wi-fi!
What if I need a ride to work or home?

We're happy to take you to your destination as long as it's in the Visalia area.
Do you offer early/late drop offs?

Yes! Just mention it when booking your appointment and we'll give you additional information on how to do this.
Can you give me a price quote over the phone?

Depending on the job we can give you a rough estimate, but we never guarantee a price over the phone. We will glady provide a free inspection to most vehicles.
Are there other shops in town you recommend for the services you don't provide?

Yes! We have a number of trusted shops that we work with who we'd be happy to refer you to.
Are you open on holidays?

We are closed on all major holidays and sometimes close early on Eves (Christmas, New Years). Please call if you're not sure.
Do you take payments?

Unfortunately, no. Payment is due in full at time of pick-up. We accept all major credit cards.
When my RV/motorhome/trailer repair is complete, do I have to pick it up right away?

No. We have ample parking and storage, but we do ask that it is picked up within 3 business days following completion.
If I have to leave my vehicle overnight, where will it be kept?​​

​It will be secured either inside a building or within our locked gates.
Can I request that my vehicle be kept inside if I have to leave it overnight?​

Of course! We will do our best to make sure it is kept inside.
